Debattama Saha, who essays the role of Krishna in ‘Krishna Mohini,’ shares her love for music, saying, “On the sets of Krishna Mohini, Fahmaan and I jam on songs during breaks. As a singer, music is not just a passion, but a divine force that drives my life. It transcends words, cultures, and borders, uniting us all. Music has the power to give voice to the inexpressible, transport you to an era, and heal the deepest wounds. I am in awe of the countless musicians, composers, and artists who have dedicated their lives to this noble pursuit, making a mark on the world with their craft.”

Shagun Pandey, who plays Veer in ‘Mera Balam Thanedaar,’ reflects on music’s emotional impact, stating, “For me, music is an emotion, a story, a journey. It’s incredible how a melody can lift our spirits, and lyrics can speak to our state of mind. Music has always been a source of joy and inspiration for me. During our breaks on the set of ‘Mera Balam Thanedaar,’ I escape into my special playlist, letting the tunes bring the energy to power through the hectic day. To all the music lovers out there, I wish you a very Happy World Music Day!”

Sanika Amit, who portrays Lakshmi in ‘Mangal Lakshmi,’ shares her musical journey, saying, “Music has been a constant companion throughout my journey. Even on the sets of Mangal Lakshmi, I’m constantly humming songs with Shubham Dipta, my co-star. We listen to songs whenever we get some time. I’m fond of singing, and I have experienced the fulfilment and freedom that comes from losing myself to music. As we celebrate World Music Day, let us embrace the transformative power of music that guides us toward a world of greater empathy and harmony.”

Sumona Chakravarti, a contestant in ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 14,’ highlights the importance of yoga in her life, stating, “Yoga has been an integral part of my life for many years now. It’s not just a practice but a way of life that has grounded me, strengthened me, and brought immense peace amidst life’s challenges. On this Yoga Day, I encourage everyone to explore its power and discover the profound joy it can bring.”

Deepika Singh, who plays Mangal in ‘Mangal Lakshmi,’ discusses the benefits of yoga, saying, “Yoga has become a big part of my daily life, and after long shooting hours, yoga helps me unwind and recharge. Practicing yoga not only keeps me physically fit but also brings a sense of balance to my mind and body. On this International Yoga Day, I want to encourage everyone to embrace yoga and experience its benefits. Start small, with simple poses and deep breaths, and you’ll soon feel the positive impact it can have on you. Let’s celebrate this ancient practice and make it a part of our daily routine.”

Ram Yashvardhan, who portrays Lord Shiv in ‘Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyag Tandav,’ emphasizes the spiritual significance of yoga, saying, “Lord Shiva is revered as Adiyogi – the embodiment of yoga itself. He is the divine lord who governs the union of body, mind, and consciousness. According to our ancient scriptures, it was Lord Shiva who first shared the knowledge of yoga and meditation with his beloved wife, Goddess Parvati. For me, it is a great honour to portray such a sacred figure in the show ‘Shiv Shakti – Tap Tyag Tandav’. Through this role, I have the privilege of bringing Lord Shiva’s teachings and wisdom to life for the audience. I aim to depict Lord Shiva’s lessons – the importance of self-discipline, and the power of meditation.”
