Viacom18 Sports, India’s newest sports network, launched its advertising campaign for the 2022-23 NBA season entitled “Morning Time Is BallerTime ‘, overwritten by Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh. The film, now streaming on all Viacom18 Sports digital and social media platforms, draws energy and excitement from the actor’s love for the NBA and celebrates the return of the world’s most incredible basketball action live on Sports18:1 SD and HD, MTV SD and HD, and JioCinema.

The film begins with Singh crowing happily one night with a rooster in tow. As the sun’s rays hit Singh’s face, the rooster crows loudly, the alarm sounds, and the Super Singh fan quickly slips into his thongs and sneakers for the high-octane NBA action set to “Morning Time Is Baller Time”

In its effort to attract viewers throughout the season, the NBA’s offering includes Viacom18 Sports a healthy mix of live and non-live programming across all platforms, including more games after 7 am. m. Coverage includes weekly live games and major league events including NBA All-Star, NBA Play-In Tournament, NBA Playoffs, and NBA Finals. The 2022-23 season began on October 19, 1 on Sports 18-1, MTV SD & HD, and JioCinema when the defending champions GoldenState Warriors defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 123-109.

JioCinema will broadcast a match live every morning in English and Hindi, and Sports 18 – 1 and MTV will too continue to broadcast selected live games in English and Hindi respectively during the season. The JioCinema app is available to all telecom service subscribers and on all devices on iOS and is available for download.
