COLORS’ new show ‘Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharam Patnii’ ropes Gurpreet Bedi and Akash Jagga as parallel leads

When destiny causes people to meet, there is no avoiding it. Produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, the upcoming COLORS program Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharam Patnii sees Kismet intervene in the lives of two couples from different walks of life. While actors Fahmaan Khan (rehearsing the role of Ravi) and Kritika Singh Yadav (rehearsing the role of Pratiksha) will be seen rehearsing for the lead roles, actors Gurpreet Bedi and Akash Jagga have been cast as parallels in the upcoming drama performed. Gurpreet will rehearse the role of Ravi’s childhood sweetheart and college beauty queen, Keerti Sachdeva. He left his father’s company and devoted himself full-time to teaching to start a school.

While Akash will play the role of a wannabe IPS, Malhar Thakur will marry Pratiksha in an arranged arrangement. Unaware of the plans of coincidence, the plot revolves around how the fates of the four intertwine in Patnii’, a show being made with great creative powers COLORS and Balaji Telefilms. I believe that both companies’ style of storytelling has spawned some of the most popular shows in India. This upcoming show is my third run through COLORS 2 and Naagin 6 after Sasural Simar Ka.

I’m a huge fan of Ekta Kapoor’s shows and am grateful that I debuted under his production house a few years ago. My character, Malhar Thakur, is ambitious and will do anything to achieve his dreams. I look forward to exploring my craft as an actor with this challenging role.” Those who believe in the mantra of sharing support.
