Sai Ketan Rao has created a massive fanbase for essaying Raghav Rao in Star Plus’s show Mehendi Hai Rachnewali. Apart from being a good actor, he is also a fitness freak who makes sure to maintain a fit body in spite of having a hectic schedule, “I make sure to take the time out and exercise because as an actor it is necessary that I stay fit and healthy. I make it a point to go in the morning or night, but I at least devote 1 and a half hours a day to my fitness routine.”

He also shared his diet with us, “First of all I make sure I have low carbohydrates, I make sure I have clean, nutritious food. When I have my meat I make sure I have it steamed or boiled sans the masala. I also have groundnuts, dry fruits, protein shakes and most importantly good amount of water. As long as your diet is clean, you are good to go.”

When we asked him about what he feels about people succumbing to heart attacks due to a terrible workout routine, this is his reaction, “See I’m not fitness expert but I think to avoid those kind of heart attacks, one must stay hydrated and eat clean. The main cause of heart attacks according to me would be taking excess supplements that can cause harm to the body, so try your best to not have those and consume natural items and don’t over exercise.”

On the work front, Sai Ketan Rao was last seen in a music video called “Ishq Ho Jayega” along with his costar from MHRW Shivangi Khedkar. He had also made his debut as a producer in a music video. Apart from this, Sai Ketan told us that there are more projects coming up but they have to be finalized yet.
