Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is the longest-running singing reality show format, capturing viewers’ hearts for nearly 3 decades. After introducing the world to talented powerhouses like Shreya Ghoshal, Shekhar Ravijani, Kunal Ganjawala, Sugandha Mishra, Kamal Khan, Raja Hasan, and Vaishali Made, Zee TV offers Zee TV some of these extraordinary young singers prodigies a chance to shine again on, the biggest stage, with the ninth season of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’lChamps. This season viewers can see a new panel of judges including Shankar Mahadevan, Anu Malik, and Neeti Mohan leading the young singing sensation, with Bharti Singh entertaining all as host.

While the top 13 contestants all fascinated with their fantastic singing were, this weekend a crowd of will enjoy a gala as veteran Bollywood stars Mithun Chakraborty and Padmini Kolhapure star in the special Celebrating Disco Kings. While all of the talented children wowed the judges and guests of honor with their amazing performances on set, it was Mithun’s life story that left everyone on set extremely emotional.

Speaking about his struggling journey, Mithun Da spoke about how he was disrespected because of the color of his skin. He spoke to all the participants and told them to never give up in life and always try harder to achieve their life dreams.

Mentioned as Mithun, “I don’t want anyone to go through what I’ve been through in my life. Everyone has watched wrestling and fought hard days, but I was always called
because of the color of my skin. I was disrespected for many years because of the color of my skin and I saw days when I had to sleep on an empty stomach and I cried myself to sleep many times.

There were days when I had to think about what my next meal would be and where I would go to bed. I also slept on the sidewalk for many days. And that’s the only reason I don’t want my bio to be finished! My story will never inspire anyone, it will break them (mentally) and stop people from achieving their dreams. I don’t want that to happen!

If I can do it, anyone can. I’ve fought hard to prove myself in this industry. I’m not legendary because I’ve been in successful films, I’m a legend because I’ve overcome all the pain and struggles of my life.”

While Mithun Chakraborty’s shocking revelation wowed everyone, wait ’til you see all the outrageous performances by these candidates.

Check out all the wonderful performances of the Youth to singing prodigies at Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs, every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 p.m., only on Zee TV
