Sasural Simar Ka 2 Spoiler Alert! Geetanjali Devi Becomes A Bride?

Colors TV’s most popular show Sasural Simar Ka 2 has kept us engaged when it came to its ongoing track and nail biting plot twists. Starring in the leads Radhika Muthukumar, Avinash Mukherjee, Tanya Sharma and Jayati Bhatia in the few, the show has managed to stay in the viewers’ minds just like the first season.

The current track follows with Reyansh’s wife Ishita challenges the Oswal family by not adhering to their traditions after becoming a daughter in-law. Well on one side, Simar oaths to make Ishita learn all of the family traditions, the upcoming episodes will also show us Geetanjali Devi dressing up in her bridal outfit to show Ishita what a traditional daughter in law looks like in the Oswal family. Everyone gets flabbergasted looking at Badimaa in a different avatar.

Speaking about the whole sequence, the actress Jayati Bhatia who plays Geetanjali Devi shared, “It felt great to don a bridal dress again in the show since Geetanjali Devi does not get a chance to wear such a beautiful dresses. The whole idea was that the makers are going to show Geetanjali Devi’s flashback of her wedding while she makes Ishita understand about how a daughter in law of the family dresses up on her wedding day.”

When we asked her about how it felt wearing the bridal dress she said, “I just felt so happy wearing the dress after such a long time. It just felt like I was reliving my wedding days all over again, especially since the dress was red and dazzled. For a Bengali like me who is big on weddings, it is just wonderful to do it onscreen.”
