Star Bharat Channa Mereya: Niyati Fatnani On Playing Ginni,”I Relate A Lot With Ginni Because She Is A Family Person Like Me”

TV actress Niyati Fatnani who is currently playing the lead role of Ginni Gerewal Star Bharat’s newest drama Channa Mereya has been getting lot of positive responses for her show.

She shares what its like being a part of the show, her experience collaborating with the entire team and more, “Ginni is a lively young lady, who is full-of-life. She and her entire family run a dhaba in Amritsar, which is extremely popular due to her culinary skills. Ginni ke haathon ka swaad chakne ke liye log baar baar aate hain dhaba pe. And, it’s not just the food Ginni serves, but also the love and ‘apna-pan’. She’s like a bright star, always shining and spreading light. I relate a lot with Ginni because of the way she values her family, I too am a family person. Both Ginni and I are spiritually inclined too,” she says.

Promos of Channa Mereya have created a lot of buzz. It has received a lot of appreciation from the audience, “I am getting positive reviews from fans and people from the industry. Many have said that they loved the promo and found the storyline intriguing. Fingers crossed, we are hoping for more love to pour on us today onward. The show has a stellar star cat and I am excited beyond words to share screen space as well as learn as much as possible from them,” she adds.

Sharing her experience of working with the Patnaiks and Beyond Dreams, she says, “I have always been a fan of shows that ma’am and sir have made because of unique writing, presentation and very relatable characters. Channa Mereya too is interesting and I think the audience would enjoy watching this story too. Both sir and ma’am are amazing human beings and are extremely cordial and kind. So, I am really glad to be a part of the Beyond Dreams family now (smiles).”
